Relaxing family-friendly hotel with very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating staff. New-fashioned room, huge, with very comfy beds. Location - amazing, not far from the main restaurant and the Star Castle for part. Nearby On the Quay - great place to chill out.
A bit small bathroom.

A magical stay!
This place totally blew me away! The views from our superior suite were unreal, overlooking Samson Island. The staff were super friendly and even helped us out with planning our trips to other islands. Plus, the in-room breakfast was so good! Just wish the pool was a bit bigger, but it's still nice and cozy.

The historical charm of the stronghold combined with modern conveniences made working from here enjoyable. The staff were attentive and efficiently arranged my business needs, including setting up presentation equipment. Breakfast was particularly excellent, with freshly baked breads and a variety of local jams. The peaceful atmosphere allowed for a productive stay.
Housekeeping could benefit from extra attention to detail.

A charming, cozy stay!
Right from the shuttle pick-up as soon as we landed, everything felt super smooth. The staff were so friendly, and the room was super clean with fab toiletries. Dinner was a real highlight, 4 courses of deliciousness! Just wish the bar stayed open a bit later.

Perfect little escape
We stayed for 2 nights in a lovely double room. The receptionist was super nice, moving us to a room with a supposed sea view-couldn't really see the sea unless you were right up close, though. Meals were fantastic, especially loved the artichoke starter.
